Residential Roofing in Spring
Most of our work in Spring is residential. The housing stock here ranges from 1970s ranch homes in Klein to newer construction in Gleannloch Farms and Augusta Pines. Each type of home has different roofing needs. Older homes often need decking repair along with new shingles. Newer homes may only need flashing repair or a section replaced after hail. We work with homeowners directly, and we handle the insurance paperwork when storm damage is involved. If you are not sure what your roof needs, start with an inspection. We will tell you what we find and what it will cost to fix.
- Full roof replacement — We tear off the old roof, inspect the decking, replace any rotten boards, and install new underlayment and shingles. Most Spring homes take one to two days. We use GAF and Owens Corning shingles rated for Texas wind and hail, and we match HOA color requirements in subdivisions like Gleannloch Farms.
- Leak repair and flashing — Leaks in Spring homes usually come from flashing failure around vents, chimneys, or valleys. We use moisture meters and infrared cameras to find the source, not just the wet spot. Then we replace the damaged flashing and seal it properly. Most repairs are done in a single visit.
- Storm damage repair — After a hail or wind storm, we inspect the roof and document the damage with photos. If it qualifies for an insurance claim, we provide the documentation your adjuster needs. If it does not, we give you a repair quote. We tarp active leaks the same day you call.
- Roof inspection and maintenance — An annual inspection catches small problems before they become leaks. We check shingles, flashing, vents, and attic ventilation. You get a written report with photos. If we find something that needs fixing, we tell you what it is and what it costs. No surprises.
